The manager runs the club and its courts. A member is logged in and books under club rules. A guest is not logged in — you see exactly what a guest scanning the QR code sees.

Frequently asked questions

FAQ for clubs and renters

TereniHR generates payment slips with a 2D barcode for bank transfers (court rental or membership fee). That is not fiscalisation of cash or card payments — if you take cash or card on site, you still handle fiscalisation through your own fiscal device.

Yes — turn on “Allow booking without an account” in the club settings and guests book straight away with a first name, last name and phone number, with no sign-up and no membership. Ideal for courts by the sea, tourist renters and anyone charging by the hour without annual fees.

Yes — when setting up the club we help import your list of members and courts (e.g. from Excel), so you do not start from scratch.

There is no lock-in — before shutting down you export your data (members, bookings, billing) and the club page is deactivated. The data stays yours.

Setup is quick — usually the same day: we add the courts, prices and administrators, and the club gets its own link for members. No technical knowledge required.

Only your club's administrators have access. Passwords are hashed, traffic goes over HTTPS, and each club sees only its own data (more in the Privacy policy).
